Special Assessment Invoice and Projects
On January 9, 2016 the Board of Directors hosted a Community Information session to discuss, in depth, the three major projects facing the Association and how they could be funded. The three projects are the relocation of the Maintenance Facility, the Shared Well and reconstruction of the Upper Birchwood Lake Dam. On April 1, 2016 Birchwood Lakes members voted to fully self-fund the monies needed to pay for the projects. The first of five annual Special Assessment invoices was processed in May 2016. Details of the projects and the special assessment can be found in the Special Assessment Explanation.
