Birchwood Lakes Community Association, Inc. is a private community in the Pocono Mountains in Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania. It was established in the 1960s as a summer community designed to attract city families to the country. Now it has 875 houses and 27 miles of private roads. Many of the former summer cottages have been converted to year-round houses and a substantial number of families live in the community.
